Product Management (PdM)

The Orgro Product Manager (PdM) oversees the entire lifecycle of the product, working closely with our teams to define the vision, prioritize particular features, and ensure that the product aligns with client needs, so that the product feels right down to the number of taps or clicks. You can rely on the PdM for questions regarding the product roadmap, and how it can be optimized to benefit your business.

Product Ownership (PdO)

The Orgro Product Owner (PdO) serves as the intermediary between the development team and the client (You). The PdO will guarantee that the most valuable features of the product are delivered the most promptly, as well as gathering your requirements and providing feedback to the team. They will also be available for feature requests or to discuss the particulars of implementation. And inherent to not only Orgro PdO’s, but also PdM’s and PdA’s, is project management skills to ensure quick, easy, and inexpensive delivery of Orgro solutions.

Product Analysis (PdA)

The primary role of the Orgro Product Analyst (PdA) is to derive constructive insights from data about user interaction with the product. The qualitative and quantitative analysis is conducted through examining user behavior, compiling feedback, and identifying areas for product improvement. With this, the PdA will data-based suggestions to optimize the product’s performance.

Product Development (PdD)

The Orgro Product Developer (PdD) is a dynamic multidisciplinary composition of designers, engineers, and others who bring abstract concepts and goals into becoming a tangible product. With the guidance of the PdO and PdM, the team develops the product to be in line with both client needs and market trends.

Product Engineering (PdE)

The Product Engineer (PdE) creates and maintains the technical infrastructure for the product, with an emphasis put on scalability, reliability, and security. Aside from architecting systems, the PdE will troubleshoot issues with the product to create a more seamless experience.

Product Testing (PdT)

The Product Tester (PdT) verifies that the product keeps to the quality and reliability standards set by the clients. In particular, they will develop test plans, report bugs, and work with the development team to resolve the issues they find.

Product Training (PdTr)

The function of the Product Trainer (PdTr) is to equip the client with the information required to make best use of the product. This includes creating training material, conducting workshops, and maintaining ongoing support to heighten client proficiency. The client is recommended to approach the Product Trainer with any inquiries on how to make use of the product, whether they are entirely new to the product or seeking advanced training.
